Health struggles amid "medical issues." The "Only Murders in the Building" star opened up about her highly publicized struggles with her health during a Women in Film dinner, while sitting next to her little sister Gracie. “I truly believe that there is power in being vulnerable and telling people when you need help and when you want help,” Gomez said during the dinner, according to fan videos shared on X. So, yeah, I shared that I can’t carry a child.

 “I only want to be an advocate for women and that’s why I share,” Gomez continued. "That’s why I like to be honest, because everybody is going through something ... I’m me and that’s all I can be.”
